Yes. We deliver platform-compliant images by default — pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), product occupying 85%+ of the frame, minimum 1000px on the longest side, and in JPEG format. We also provide Flipkart and Meesho-specific size variants on request.
Standard delivery is 48–72 hours after the shoot day. For large catalogues (100+ SKUs), we provide a timeline during onboarding. Rush 24-hour delivery is available at an additional charge for most order sizes.
Yes, you can courier your products to our studio or drop them off personally. We handle them with care and return ship them after the shoot. For large or fragile items, we also offer on-site photography at additional travel charges.
We deliver edited JPEG and PNG files by default. RAW files are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. All files are shared via Google Drive or WeTransfer download links within the agreed timeline.
